Delivery Timeframes

All items are delivered through Australia Post.

• Please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch on all standard orders.
• Standard delivery times will vary depending on shipping location and may take 1-5 business days within Australia.

Namebadges, special order or pre-order products may require a longer delivery timeframe. 

• Collection / delivery for namebadges can be up to 21 days turnaround from when the order is placed.
• Pre-orders and special order items: please refer to the individual item description for details.

In-store Collection -effective from 29th August 2024

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection at your nominated on-campus store.

We will hold your in-store collection orders for 30 Calendar days once you receive your “Ready for Collection” notification. If your order is not collected within 30 calendar days, we will cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method originally used. No refund will be processed for discounted, clearance or sale items, pre-order or special-order items.
